What kinds of weight and food-related concerns can you help with?

Our integrated therapy approach is designed to address a wide range of weight and food-related concerns, including but not limited to: weight management (overweight and underweight concerns), eating disorders (such as binge eating, anorexia or bulimia), emotional eating, body image issues, unhealthy eating habits, poor self-esteem and self-image.

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes, free on-street parking is available outside of our clinic.

Are the sessions kept confidential?

Yes, all information you share with us remains confidential. The only exception is if we have serious concerns for your or another person’s welfare. In that case, we may need to seek assistance from emergency or medical services.

Is it possible to bring someone with me to the sessions?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring someone if you feel more comfortable with a support person. If possible, please let us know in advance.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore the possibilities of personal growth. No specific items are required.

Do you accept Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)?

Unfortunately, there are no Medicare rebates available for any of our services.

Are online sessions available?

Yes! We offer sessions via Zoom. Simply let us know which you'd prefer once you have booked a session.

How long will this take?

Typically, a series of 3-6 sessions is ideal. Given the nature of our approach, which focuses on shifting deep beliefs in the subconscious mind, multiple sessions may be required to fully resolve core issues that have developed over a lifetime.

However, many people feel significant shifts after even a single session. If you'd like to experience our therapy, you can book an individual session.

Your current mindset, approach and level of accountability have got you to where you are. For you to evolve, these must evolve.
